How does Alto decide which classes to offer?
Alto’s training focuses on providing students with the critical knowledge necessary to implement professional solutions in a business environment. Our 20 years of experience in technology training and consulting enable us to pair down the vast array of training offerings to a select group of classes that will efficiently get you the information you need.
I need to get up-to-speed fast, how does Alto training help me?
Alto has many years of experience preparing both students and our own consultants to master technology tools. We bring this experience to the classroom by providing focused training coupled with real-world implementation examples to get you the knowledge you need.
How do I know which class to take?

Most training companies deliver training exclusively, why does Alto provide both training and consulting?
There is much more to training then “book knowledge”. Consulting is what sets Alto apart from other training providers. Our instructors not only present the information in the course materials, they provide practical use tips and tricks gained from the experience of hands-on solution delivery to our consulting customers. Many of our customers also look to Alto to help them get started on projects. We can assist with initial analysis and design of your project solution, then follow-up with training and mentoring to make sure your staff can succeed with the project implementation.
How qualified are Alto’s instructors?
As with most of the premier training centers, all of Alto’s instructors maintain the industry required certifications for the classes they teach. Alto’s instructors are MCT’s (Microsoft Certified Trainers) and for Citrix classes our instructors are also CCI’s (Citrix Certified Instructors). Beyond these basic requirements, all Alto instructors are also consultants. Other training companies make hard to verify claims that their instructors have real-world experience, but Alto backs it up. All of Alto’s instructors spend a maximum of 50% of their time in the classroom and spend the balance of their time implementing solutions for clients using the very technologies they deliver training on. Alto instructors bring their extensive consulting experience into the classroom to provide a rich training experience.
What is the Alto guarantee?
We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your training. If you are not satisfied, you may re-take the course, free of charge, within one year of completing the original class. Re-takes are subject to class availability and you will be required to bring your course materials to the class.
Do Alto classes prepare me for certification exams?
Our students and our own staff report to us that Alto training is an excellent vehicle for certification exam preparation. That being said, Alto’s training focus is not certification preparation. Alto’s training focus is to get you the skills you need to professionally implement solutions. This focus ends up fitting in well with the recent vendor trend of adaptive testing methods designed to ensure hands-on experience is required to achieve certification.
What if I have questions after the class is over?

Alto provides a full range of services including analysis, system and software architecture, and implementation. Alto is focused on the very products and tools we deliver training on. Alto can assist with initial analysis and design of your project solution, then follow-up with training and mentoring to make sure your staff can succeed with the project implementation. Alto also offers staff skills analysis services to help you map out the best method for your staff to master the latest technologies.
